PRESS RELEASE

The General Manager of Standards and Quality Agency (ANOR) informs the general public that refined vegetable oils of uncontrolled origin and quality are being marketed in Cameroonian territory. These include the following brands of oils: MOUNA, PROMES, LA PERLA and GIRASOLE.

He further states that, no Certificate of Conformity, attesting to the compliance of these products with Cameroonian standards has been issued by the competent services of Standards and Quality Agency. He reminds businessmen that importation of refined vegetable oils in the Republic of Cameroon is strictly regulated by Cameroonian regulations in this area.
